Vax Clinic Pic 4 21Where is this vaccine clinic being held?

  • Inside the Nursing Education and Simulation Center at 2340 Hull Road (the former Early Childhood Education Center). Entrance to the clinic will be through the back of the building. Look for directional signs.

How do I get in? (Do I need to make an appointment?)

  • No. This is a walk-in vaccine clinic. 😊

Why should I get vaccinated?

  • To protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and your community. Infections and hospitalizations are rising as a result of the dangerous Delta variant of the virus. Fully vaccinated people may still contract and spread the virus, but health officials say the vaccine usually minimizes the effects of the virus in vaccinated individuals and protects most against severe illness and death.
  • You may also qualify for a bonus payment from FTCC!
    • Current* FTCC students will be paid $50 for each regular dose of the vaccine that they receive at a vaccine clinic held on our campus. (There is no payment for booster shots.) Please bring your student ID! (Payments aren’t available for students for vaccines administered elsewhere.) (*Students are eligible if they were registered at FTCC for Summer 2021 or are registered for Fall 2021.)
    • Current FTCC employees will be paid $50 for each regular dose of the vaccine, wherever it is received. (There is no payment for booster shots.) A completed vaccine card must be presented if the vaccine is obtained off-campus.
  • FTCC is also holding monetary prize drawings for students who participate in FTCC’s vaccine clinics and for fully vaccinated FTCC employees!

Winners of the $500 prize drawings held so far include:

  • Success Center Instructor Carol Barker
  • Retention Specialist Laurice Barlow
  • Student Kenneth Gilliam
  • Student Jasmine Collings

Congratulations!!!
