Lounge and Extended Services
Daily Peer Support – Peer Support Aides lead a range of daily activities designed to foster community, build coping skills, and support academic success. These include guided mindfulness exercises, vision board prompts, journaling sessions, stress management check-ins, and themed peer circles.
One-on-One Specialist Support – The Peer Support Specialist provides individualized support focused on emotional wellness, academic motivation, and recovery-centered goals. Topics often include self-esteem, time management, and identifying on-campus resources. Students may be referred to the Licensed Mental Health Counselor for additional care.
Licensed Counselor Access – A Licensed Mental Health Counselor is available to offer strengthening resilience skills, emotional regulation techniques and professional referrals. Students may be referred to the Peer Support Specialist for additional care.
