Course Quality Review
Course Review Process
Fayetteville Technical Community College is committed to exceptional design for all online courses. FTCC maintains a culture of reflection and continuous improvement within the course design process. The Quality Matters Rubric is used when creating and evaluating online courses.
FTCC has a clear process for evaluating online courses, utilizing two types of reviews:
- QM Self-Review – Faculty conduct a self-assessment of their course.
- QM Internal Review – A peer or designated internal review team evaluates the course.
