To take classes here as a visiting student (non-degree seeking):

 

Step One:

Complete an Admissions Application, including completing N.C. Residency, by going to the website as directed within your admissions application. FTCC APPLICATION


Step Two

After completing the admissions application, allow 24-48 hours for processing.  You will receive an Acceptance Letter with your Student ID, User ID and log in instructions in the mail within 5-7 business days.


Step Three:

Then, submit to the Registrar’s Office (registrar@faytechcc.edu) the following:

  • Complete Visiting Student Form (Form V-5) and submit with the following
  • A college transcript, official or unofficial.

Step Four:

Courses taken as non-degree seeking are not eligible for financial aid, VA, etc. and must be paid by deadline.


Step Five:

Classes must be paid by the due date, otherwise you may be dropped.
