What is Database Management?

Data is changing the face of the world in many ways. From our tracking our expenses to artificial intelligence (AI), data is at the root of it all. Businesses thrive on data to help improve processes, save money, and maximize profits. Decision makers rely on data to help make key decisions. Data helps find solutions to problems that are as close to predicting the future as humanly possible. Data helps businesses be extremely strategic in their approaches to success.

Data is extremely important and molds everything we do, so it is vital that it is managed properly, kept secure, and accessible immediately! The Information Technology Database Management curriculum program at FTCC utilizes software and computer technology to prepare graduates for this purpose.
